Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after the receipt of the payment and are shipped with the method of shipment chosen during the order itself. In case the method you have chosen is trackable, we will provide you with a link to track your package online or you will be able to get it in your order, in the Orders section of your profile.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. Orders placed separately won’t be merged automatically and shipping fees will apply to each of them unless you get in touch with us and we will find a solution with you. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The weight of every single item is specified in the product data sheet.

ITALY
Posta1 – Prioritaria: Il servizio della vecchia prioritaria. Consegna spesso il giorno lavorativo successivo altrimenti in 2-4 giorni lavorativi.
Piego di libri – Disponibile solo su fanzine o CD A5. 
Raccomandata/Piego di libri tracciabile: Spedizione tracciabile. Consegna in 4-6 giorni lavorativi oltre quello di spedizione, solo al destinatario o a soggetti abilitati. In caso di assenza, ritiro presso l’ufficio indicato nell’avviso di giacenza (max 30 giorni) e monitoraggio con Cerca Spedizioni.

EUROPE
Standard (Postamail Internazionale): The most economic way to ship up to 2 kgs. Usually delivered within 10 working days (12 working days for the Mediterranean area).
Registered (Raccomandata Internazionale): Up to 2 kgs. Legal certification of executed shipment, delivery directly to the addressee or someone appointed for the delivery, in case this is not possible the packet could be collected at the post office indicated in the notice left by the post officer. Usually delivered within 10 working days in Europe. Trackable till the destination in most of the cases.
UPS Delivery: Usually dispatched within 5 days. Phone number required. Usually delivered in less than 7 days.

REST OF THE WORLD
Standard (Postamail Internazionale): The most economic way to ship up to 2 kgs. Usually delivered within 15 working days in the Mediterranean area, 18 working days in North America and Oceania, 25 working days everywhere else. Priority.

Usually delivered within 15 working days in the Mediterranean area, 18 working days in North America and Oceania, 25 working days everywhere else. Trackable till the borders with Cerca Spedizioni or till the destination for the following countries: Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Capo Verde, Cambogia, Cameroon, Cina, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Egitto, El Salvador, Eritrea, Etiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Giamaica, Giappone, Kenya, Corea (the Republic of), Kuwait, Libano, Lesotho, Malesia, Nuova Zelanda, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestina, Papua Nuova Guinea, Ruanda, Santa Lucia, Arabia Saudita, Senegal, Singapore, Sud Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Taiwan, Tailandia, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Stati Uniti d’America, Uruguai, Vietnam, Isole Vergini, Zambia.
